It's fairly clean and has pretty good sales at times, but when planning a grocery shopping trip, be prepared to spend A Lot!
I'm from MO and we are not used to the service we got with this place! They did everything including loading the groceries in the car for you! Apparently that's the norm in TN but for me, it was amazing to get such great service!
Pleasant staff who are helpful. Also serves good lunches.

We like shopping at EW James stores for their selection and customer service. Not like the big chain stores!! More neighborly!! We especially like the Greenfield store for their meat selection!!
